During my 24 years at Microsoft Corporation, I contributed to the company’s transformation from on-premises to cloud services and developed expertise in business transformation, global people leadership, high-performance cultures, and diversity & inclusion. I have more than 20 years of experience mentoring and coaching leaders across continents, helping individuals and teams solve complex challenges and redefine how they operate.

Having lived and worked across Europe, the Middle East & Africa, and Asia, I bring a global perspective to building and transforming organizations across industries including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Telecommunications, and the Public Sector.

I specialize in C-suite executive and team coaching for leaders operating across cultures and distance. My work focuses on communication, influence, engagement, high-performance cultures, and advancing women into senior leadership.

A global citizen at heart, I was born in Copenhagen, lived in Germany for over 25 years, and for the past 15 years have lived and worked in Singapore and Thailand.
