I worked at Microsoft for 24 years and have been one of the key contributors during Microsoft's transformation from an on-premises to a cloud services company. I have deep expertise in business transformation, people management across the world, creating high-performance cultures, developing and growing future leaders, including leading several diversity and inclusion programs. As a senior executive and people leader, I have more than 20 years of experience mentoring, coaching, and leadership development across all continents, helping individuals and teams solve the toughest challenges, redefining operating models, and redefining the norms.
Speaking several languages, having lived and worked in many parts of the world, including Europe, Middle East & Africa, and across Asia, has provided me with deep insights and experience on how to build, lead and transform huge businesses through people and their passion serving clients from across various sectors from Financial Services, Manufacturing, Oil/Gas, Pharma Industry, Telecommunications to Government and Public Sector.

I am a true global citizen, born and raised in Copenhagen/Denmark, living and working in Germany for more than 25 years, and for the last 10 years living and working in Singapore and Thailand.
