John is a ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), Reiss Motivation Profile Master, Marshall Goldsmith certified Executive & Team Coach, Leadership and Coach Trainer. My more than 30 years of experience in building, leading and transforming large customer service organisations on local, regional and global level across distance and cultures is a diffentiator. I am using my extensive people leader and coaching experience from around the world helping individuals, leaders and executives on their growth and learning journey to maximise their potential and increase their impact on a personal, business and society level.
